Our philosophy
Earth & Sea
Where the bounty of the Greek land meets the depths of the Aegean — every dish a conversation between soil and salt.
Rooted in the Land, Drawn from the Sea
Artemis Taverna is built on a reverence for two forces that have shaped Greek cuisine for millennia: the earth and the sea. From the herb-covered hillsides of the Peloponnese to the crystalline waters of the Cyclades, our menu is a direct expression of what the land and ocean offer at their finest.
We source whole fish pulled fresh from the Aegean, aged cheeses from small Greek creameries, wild greens foraged from mountain slopes, and olive oils pressed from centuries-old groves. Every ingredient carries a story — of a place, a season, a tradition passed down through generations.
Our kitchen honors these ingredients with restraint and fire. Wood-fired grills, charcoal hearths, and slow-roasting techniques that let the natural character of each element speak for itself. Nothing masked. Nothing wasted. Everything intentional.
What we stand for
Our Philosophy
From the Earth
Wild herbs, heirloom grains, mountain greens, and seasonal vegetables sourced from Greek and regional farms we trust.
From the Sea
Whole fish, octopus, sea urchin, and shellfish — sourced fresh, treated simply, and cooked with deep respect.
Cooked with Fire
Our wood-fired grill and charcoal hearth are the soul of the kitchen — imparting depth and character that only live fire can give.
